We are expanding and adding talent to join our technical sales team. We are looking for highly motivated sales executives with sales, virtual events, and webinar experience.

The Sales Account Executive will identify new business, renew existing business, negotiate contracts, and onboard new customers. You will have the opportunity to independently negotiate with high-level players in the industry - and will learn and grow in a unique, innovative work environment.

This position is 100% remote!

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all facets of the sales cycle including prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Responsible for meeting monthly revenue goals through generating new business, through research, cold calling into an assigned global territory of companies, as well as retaining existing business and upgrading packages.
  • Provide demos, presentations, and training to clients via Microsoft Teams or in-person sales calls.
  • Attend trade shows to identify business opportunities, develop leads, and meet with decision-makers to obtain customer commitment and facilitate delivery of virtual event value.
  • Focused sales efforts, a strong understanding of Chati products and business model, and a larger awareness of the overall trends in the virtual and hybrid event environment.
  • Think creatively and implement unique solutions for client's marketing initiatives.
  • Actively work in a close team environment with other sales executives, while also keeping close relationships with other departments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field (or extensive industry sales experience)
  • Event Tech Industry Experience is preferred
  • Minimum of two years of B2B SaaS sales experience is required
  • 1-3 years virtual event and webinars sales experience
  • Minimum of one year with active outbound prospecting
  • Understand the calendar fiscal year, budgeting, and planning cycles
  • Strong written and verbal skills, along with strong relationship building a must
  • Experience with Salesforce and/or other CRM database applications is strongly preferred
  • Ability to manage pipeline and forecast sales
  • Passion for business development and sales
  • Strong negotiation skills - required

The Production Specialist primary focus is to plan, manage, and coordinate between customers and business divisions to deliver extraordinary virtual events.

You are proven in event strategy, planning and production and most importantly, are ready to adapt and lead in the new world of digital events. You will join our production team to create, build and execute virtual events that sets Chati apart from the competition. The ideal candidate will be organized and possess exceptional strategy, management, and execution skills. This position is 100% remote!

    • Manage updates

  • Event space/room build out
    • Including space/room elements
  • Upload content to event space/rooms (excluding booths)
    • Provide support in adding booth and room reps
  • Update presentation tabs and add presentations to event auditoriums
  • Poster management/organization
  • Event broadcast messages
  • QC events
  • Speaker Relations
  • Manage/Coordinate all speaker relations
    • Set up invitations
    • Manage speaker slide decks and videos
    • Manage studio recordings, trainings, and live presentations
  • Manage and organize studio coverage for live event presentations
    • Schedule moderators
    • Create moderator scripts
  • Support recordings, trainings, and live presentations outside of normal business hours when needed/necessary
  • Speaker Presentation editing
  • Provide reporting and metrics for virtual events
  • Moderate webinars
  • MP4 management and distribution
  • Attend production meetings
  • Attend client meetings
  • Communicate with clients
    • Primarily speaker relations, all communication with clients and speakers and management of all speakers for upcoming events

Qualifications

  • Technical degree or equivalent industry experience.
  • 2+ years in event strategy and execution roles.
  • Proven experience leading the development and execution of virtual events.
  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated collaboration skills: experience working across multiple organization, executive leadership, and external agencies to manage event strategy.
  • Excellent organizational skills, including project management, multitasking, time management, and meticulous attention to details.
  • Basic knowledge of Marketing Automation/Optimization Tools.
  • Experience with Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
  • Microsoft suite (SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
    • Fluent in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Some experience Virtual Event Platforms such as 6Connex, ON24 or vFairs.

The Production Manager must be an experienced, take charge professional with ability to manage virtual events in support of production management.  They must be able to anticipate project needs, discern work priorities, and meet deadlines with little supervision.  The Production Manager should have experience and a keen interest in virtual event management, providing outstanding customer service showing enthusiasm and building relationships with internal and external customers.

This position is 100% remote!

Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage virtual events
  • Manage the initial process of working with a client when a sale has been secured
  • Setup and maintain a project management tool for internal use and client use
  • Organize and conduct the kick-off call with the client(s) and the necessary team members (i.e. production, creative, marketing, development)
  • Understand the scope of the contract
  • Setup the agenda for the call; review contract components, discuss necessary elements, and address client questions, schedule Recurring planning calls
  • With the understanding of the client contract, establish the vision, scope, and branding elements for the event
  • Provide detailed documents, processes, and timelines to guide the client in providing content
  • Become fluent and knowledgeable in the virtual platform, webcasting platform, and CMS to provide guidance, examples, and options for each phase of the production and creative aspects for the event
  • Manage staff assigned to virtual events
  • Work with the creative director to ensure the creative aspects of the event are being managed timely
  • Work with the development director to ensure the development aspects of an event are being managed timely
  • Event microsites/registration pages
  • QC virtual events

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (significant work experience can substitute for the degree).
  • 3-5 years’ experience coordinating virtual events, physical events or conferences
  • Proven experience leading the development and execution of virtual events.
    • Virtual event platform experience (i.e. Intercall, 6Connex, ON24, vFairs, PlatformQ)
  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated collaboration skills: experience working across multiple organizations, executive leadership, and external agencies to manage event strategy.
  • Excellent organizational skills, including project management, multitasking, time management, and meticulous attention to detail.
